WHO WE ARE

Prairie Village situated at 235 Meadow Lake Way is a complex of 87 units, owned and operated by Brooks Housing Society. This is an affordable housing initiative. Income guidelines apply and eligibility is based on combined income for all adults living at the site. Income Thresholds are regulated by the Alberta government. The goal of the Brooks Housing Society is to provide quality, secure, and affordable housing for the Newell Region. The Society strives to ensure that all tenants are treated fairly and equitable and the appropriate regulations are applied consistently.
